Refunds and cancellations.
Last updated October 13, 2026. Part of the terms of service.
Short version: you cannot return a ticket, but you can always sell it on the market, never below the $222 floor and for a profit if the show has grown. If we cancel, you get your money back.
Changed your mind
There are no change-of-mind refunds. Every ticket can be listed on the built-in market at any price at or above the current floor, and the ledger pays you the moment it sells, minus the published seller fee. That is the refund path: a selling round opens after every vote, and once the last round is decided the market stays open until the gates close.
If the festival is cancelled
If we cancel the event, sales and trades stop and each ticket holder is refunded the amount last paid to the festival for that ticket: the Sprout price or the release price. Refunds go back by the method used to pay, within thirty days. Amounts paid between fans on the market are not refunded by us, because we never held that money; the seller was paid when the trade happened.
If the festival moves
If the dates change, tickets remain valid for the new dates. Any holder who cannot make the new dates may request a refund of the amount last paid to the festival within fourteen days of the announcement; otherwise, the market remains the way to pass a ticket on. If the venue changes within the same region, tickets remain valid and no refund is owed.
Weather and force majeure
Blossom is an outdoor event. If a day is shortened or interrupted by weather, safety orders or events outside our control, tickets are not refunded; we will do what we can to reschedule performances. If an entire event is cancelled for such reasons, the cancellation refund above applies, less any non-recoverable costs we are legally permitted to retain, which we will itemise publicly.
Duplicate or mistaken purchases
If you bought more tickets than you meant to, write to us within 48 hours of the purchase and before any of them is listed or transferred; we will refund the extra ones at our discretion. The four-ticket cap applies either way.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback on a ticket that was delivered to your account voids that ticket on the ledger while the dispute is open.
Crypto payments
Crypto refunds are paid in the same asset, to the address you give us, for the amount received by us. Network fees are not refunded. If you send the wrong asset or the wrong network, tell us immediately; we will try to recover it but cannot promise to.
