Accessibility.
Last updated October 13, 2026.
Everyone who holds a ticket should be able to use it, vote with it and enjoy the weekend. Tell us what you need and we will work it out with you.
The website and the app
- Built to work with screen readers and keyboard navigation; every control has a label, focus is visible, colours meet contrast guidelines, and motion stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser without breaking the layout. The app is a web app, so it follows your phone's text-size setting.
- The gate pass is a QR code and a short code you can read aloud to crew.
- If any page or step is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us and we will fix it; that is a bug.
Buying and voting
If the app is not workable for you, write to us and a person will set up your account, issue your ticket after payment and record your ballot from your written instructions, with the same signed record on the ledger.
At the festival
The venue is chosen before the first ballot. Once it is announced we will publish, on this page: accessible parking and drop-off, viewing platforms at each stage, accessible toilets and showers, the path surfaces between stages, quiet space, assistance-animal rules and the welfare tent location. Companion tickets for personal assistants are available on request at no cost.
